1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing or using the cm3 platform, you confirm that you fully agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.

- Having the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits participation in online gambling activities;

2. Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the cm3 platform. Owning multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any remaining balances.
You are fully responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential;
- Ensuring that no other party accesses your account without your authorisation;
- Notify cm3 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised account access or suspected security breach;
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
Cm3 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their own account credentials. All activity carried out through your account is your sole responsibility.
3. Platform Usage Rules and Prohibitions
Users are strictly prohibited from using the cm3 platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could cause harm to the platform or to other users. Specific prohibitions include:

- Impersonating another individual or entity, or providing misleading information about your identity;
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or suspicious financial activity;

Any breach of the above rules entitles cm3 to suspend or close the account in question, void the transactions involved, and forfeit any funds obtained through prohibited means.
4. Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the cm3 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via payment methods supported by the platform, including DuitNow, Boost, and local bank transfers.
The payment-related terms are as follows:
- Deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same account holder's name — third-party deposits are not accepted;
- Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered during the account verification process;
- Cm3 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal to ensure transaction security;
- Any bonuses or promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements stated at the time the offer is made;
- Transactions suspected of fraud may be suspended or cancelled pending investigation.
Cm3 is not liable for delays caused by third-party processing systems, technical issues on the bank's end, or security verification requirements that need additional time.
